The hotel left a lot to be desired during my stay. While the indoor pool seemed to offer a fun environment for families, my experience with the room cleanliness and overall service was disappointing. The breakfast options were subpar, and I found the condition of the facilities to be quite poor. Despite having a convenient location, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

The hotel has a great family-friendly vibe, especially with the indoor pool and waterslide that the kids loved. However, we encountered numerous issues in our room, including a loose faucet and a dirty carpet, which left us disappointed. The service was mostly prompt, but some maintenance concerns were not handled as swiftly as we'd hoped.
